High Performance Training

Individualized training tailored for the committed and determined high performance athlete. Programs are developed by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over a decade’s experience. The semi-private sessions are instructed by skilled performance coaches. Programming is supported by physical assessments from sports medicine professionals.

PHYSELITE’s training programs are designed around 12-week training cycles. This training period aligns with natural progressions of muscle strength development and tendon adaptation to increased loading. Training safely is paramount at PHYSELITE. Each athlete receives an inclusive sports medicine assessment and athletic assessment as part of their package. Clinical reviews and soft tissue sessions are more ‘inclusive goodies’ that are part of your packages; they vary in number with the type of package purchased.

What You Can Expect With A:

Basic package

Suits younger athletes new to training or athletes balancing training, games and school's
→ 2 days per week (12 weeks)

Suits the pre-college/college athlete upping training intensity or preparing for their big showcase tournament

Pro package

Suits the university athlete in the off-season or aspiring pros preparing for their upcoming combine

At PHYSELITE, we make sure you have homework for the days you are not at our facility. Your 7-day programming is easily accessed by app on your smart phone. Sessions can be booked online or via reception.
